Orders can be placed via our website, phone or mail.
If you are stationed outside the territories of Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad, please contact us to place an order.
By placing an order through the website, you will be agreeing to the terms and conditions below.
All products on our website are inclusive of 18% GST.
Shipping is free for Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. Estimated shipping period for products in stock is 2-3 weeks in the aforementioned territories.
Please contact us to place an order outside the territories of Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. The shipping cost and shipping period will be calculated based on the weight and or volume of the selected products as well as the delivery address.
In the case of an order placed on our website from outside the territories of Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad, your amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
Orders for products that are not in stock have a longer shipping period.
Your product will be delivered at your doorstep or anywhere inside the premises of the provided delivery address.
Assembly or installation work required for any product will be executed on site which is inclusive in the price of the products as displayed on the website.
We only accept cancellation requests raised within 48 hours of placing an order.
Your amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
RETURN & REPLACEMENT
We do not accept returns for any products.
We only accept replacement requests if the product you receive is damaged or delivered in the wrong size/color.
Broken parts or whole and broken hardware in a product qualifies as the definition of damage.
Minor blemishes and slight color variations in materials or products are not considered defects and do not interfere with the quality and function of the product and are not subject to rejection or replacement requests of products.
Degradation of materials and products caused by environmental factors, normal wear and tear and any breakage as a result of improper usage and/or maintenance of a product are not subject to rejection or replacement requests.
If you receive a damaged product, we must be notified with supporting pictures by phone or mail within 48 hours of the product being delivered.
The damage upon assessment will either be subject to on-site reparations or free replacement of the product.
After 48 hours, BEC Furniture will not be liable to accept replacement requests for any product.
Please carefully unwrap your product to prevent any damage.
Some of the products made by BEC Furniture are hand crafted and minor blemishes and imperfections may be visible. These are not considered defects and do not interfere with the quality and function of the product.
Slight color variations in materials or products cannot be subject to rejection of products.
Owing to the unpredictable nature of the COVID-19 restrictions and lockdowns, orders may take longer to process and ship.
All our products are sanitized before dispatch.
